A proper tour
A coach will walk you through the space, the kit, the way we structure sessions. Ten to fifteen minutes, however long you want.
A free Open Day this weekend at Physical Formula in Leamington Spa. No booking, no pressure. If you used to train at Thrive, if you’re thinking about small group PT, or if you just want to see what a proper coaching-led gym looks like inside, come and have a look.
We know moving gyms is a real decision. With Thrive closing recently, a lot of Leamington people are figuring out what to do next. So we’re opening our doors for a weekend. Come and see how we train, meet the coaches on the floor, ask us anything.
No sign-up, no pressure, no sales conversation unless you want one. Come alone or bring a friend. Kids welcome.

Martin, Olivia and Jake will all be around across the weekend. Ask about programming, injuries, what a starting week looks like, how we scale sessions to different people.
There will be coached sessions running on Saturday morning. You’re welcome to watch from the side and get a feel for the room before deciding anything.
Thrive built something good. A lot of the people who trained there valued the coaching-led model, the small group format, the community of it. We know that’s a real loss to Leamington, and we know suddenly needing to find a new gym is a hassle nobody asked for.
Physical Formula isn’t Thrive, and we won’t pretend it is. But if what you liked was proper coaching on every session, small cohorts, and being trained by people who actually know your name, that’s what we do too. Come this weekend and see whether it fits.
If you had a block already paid at Thrive, or you’re mid-way through a training plan, chat to a coach on the day. We’ll figure out something sensible for you.
Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August 2026. Drop in any time between 9am and 2pm on Saturday, or 9am and 1pm on Sunday. No booking needed.
No. Just come by any time during Open Day hours. A coach will show you around, answer your questions and talk you through how we train.
There are things in common, mainly the coaching-led approach and small group setup. We run our sessions in cohorts of eight or fewer with programming scaled to the individual, every session led in person by a full-time coach. Come by on Open Day and see for yourself — that’s the honest way to answer this.
Yes, entirely free. Bring a friend or a partner if you like.
Coached sessions are running on Saturday morning; you’re welcome to watch. If you want to actually train, get in touch and we’ll sort you a proper intro session in the week after.
Yes. Free on-site parking directly outside the unit. Rigby Close is quiet, especially on the weekend.
Whatever you feel comfortable in. Trainers, gym kit if you fancy trying anything, or normal clothes if you’re just here for a look.
If you’d rather ask something first, send us a short enquiry and a coach will reply within 24 hours. Otherwise we’ll see you Saturday or Sunday.
