What Laura looks like in a typical week
Four to five training days a week, focused on strength. Two runs a week on top, with running paces that have developed seriously over the past five years. And one HYROX-style session woven in for compromised power and speed work. It is a real week. It compounds.
What has changed for her
Laura started with us at the very beginning. She has built her relationship with training over years, not weeks. The running has gone from new, to capable, to genuinely strong paces. The lifting has stayed consistent through it all.
The future is very bright for Laura. She is strong, she is fit, she is patient with her training and she just keeps building.
Coach noteWhy members like Laura matter
What members like Laura prove is that there is a way to keep training, keep enjoying it, keep building it, for years on end. It is not about cycles of motivation and abandonment. It is about turning training into part of the rhythm of your week. That is what we are building for everyone on this floor.
